A difference that often makes all the defference.
The genious not merely 'wants'something but yearns to
give expression to a deep-feltneed for genious excellence,
that sets no limits for itself but "streaches its arms
towards perfection".
The entire concepet and message is summed up
laconically and powerfully by Edward Bulwer,"Genious
does what it must;talent does what it can."
And in this 'doing' of the genious,being 'resonable',
in its conventional sense,has no
place whatsoever!
